Ping Ping by Terri Gower

Ping Ping

A 1 3/4" tall panda bear made from off white and black medium pile non-shiny upholstery velvet.  This is a fabric that Malden Mills produced which is no longer available rather than the currently popular cashmere and jaguar lines.

Ping Ping has black onyx bead eyes.  His head is disk jointed and his arms and legs are thread jointed.  He is stuffed with polyfil and has bone Ultrasuede® foot pads.  His eye patches are hand painted with fabric marker.  He wears a red silk  ribbon ruff .
