Website Prices

There are five areas for fees for designing, hosting and maintaining a website:  name registration, hosting, design, maintenance, and promotion.

• Name registration, yourname.com, is done through Network Solutions or through the hosting company.  The fee varies by hosting company with a maximum price of $34.99 per year.

• Hosting fees for your site, the charge for storing your site on a server so others can access it, can be anywhere from a few dollars to a few hundred dollars a month depending on the services you require.  I like to work with Superuser Networks and Livewire-Media which are both well established hosting companies that offer a variety of reasonably priced hosting packages.

• Design fees including consultation, code, and graphics is billed by the hour.  A several page small business site can be set up for as low as $150.  Special rates are available for teddy bear artists through The Teddy Bear Gallery.  Please contact us for a quote based on your site needs.

• Maintenance fees are billed by the hour as needed or a routine maintenance agreement can be arranged.
